Visual ART SHOWS POLICY for Lakeland 2010 Alberta Winter Games.

• All artworks will be signed in and out of display venues.
• All artists will provide a detailed inventory list of works being displayed.
• All paintings will be securely framed and wired or clasped for hanging.
• All works will have the artists name and contact information clearly marked on the back.
• All easels for display will be display easels with top and bottom supports (not utility easels), and will be clearly marked with identification of ownership.
• All sculptors will provide a secure stand (also marked clearly with identification) for their works.
• All works will come with a display tag with medium, description, and artist contact.
• All works for display, and any accessories, will be dropped off by the artists at their assigned gallery location within the designated timelines provided via email in 2010.

• All sales will be transacted on site.
• All artworks will remain in the show until Sunday, Feb 7th, “insert time here”.
• A $10 show fee will be charged to each artist to offset the costs of the show.
• The Cultural Director reserves the right to refuse to display any artwork for reasons of damage, disrepair, inappropriate content, or non compliance to the above stated requirements.
• Portable walls will be provided by the Cold Lake Arts Society and the Smokey Lake Arts Society for displaying artworks
